TO ORDER:
Step 1- choose size and purchase the Custom House/Architecture Painting by adding to your cart and checking out
Step 2- After you order, send (via email- artxnikki@gmail.com) 2-3 clear photos of your subject for me to use as reference. Photos must be clear, high quality, and from the angle you want the building painted. The better the photo, the better I will be able to paint it and capture detail.
If you want any specific details, send those to me via email as well!
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Processing- 4 WEEKS after I receive your images to complete portrait. No rush orders.
When finished, I will email you a photo of the painting and we can make any needed revisions (see Revisions below for details).
Revisions- There will be 1 round of revisions, after I send the photo you must let me know if anything needs to be adjusted. Adjustments must be minimal, for example I can add more definition, make something brighter, add more shadow, etc. but I cannot add something entirely new or take something out. A reminder that these are watercolor paintings not digital illustrations- I cannot erase watercolor or move things around once it is on the paper. Please be thorough in direction/send GOOD photos from the beginning- I want it to be perfect but this requires immediate communication when reference photos are sent to me.
