-how long does it take items to ship?

you can generally expect 1-3 days for orders to be processed and 2-3 days ship time depending where you live! everything is shipped first class mail. need something last minute? visit our store! or send us a message before you order and we can give overnight shipping options.

-my order arrived damaged what should I do?

send us a photo! we know that USPS is not always the more careful with packages and we are happy to replace orders that arrive in a not perfect condition. we would hand deliver everything if we could!

-can I return or exchange my order products?

we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. email us if you think you have a special circumstance. 

-I own a store and want to carry custom products with you artwork- is that possible?

yes! send me an email :) there's a few ways we can go about this, include as much of your vision as you can and I'll lay out the options! like what you already see? checkout my wholesale page on faire!

do you take custom painting requests?

Commonly requested custom projects: I do NOT paint people/portraiture or offer digital art services. I do not offer full branding/logo design (if you want a hand illustrated icon/element to incorporate with your logo/branding, send me a message! this is doable!)
