Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@artxnikki.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1100 N Bronough Street, Tallahassee, FL 32303

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases including our matchbooks and matchboxes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@artxnikki.com.

Custom Artwork:

Due to the nature of these items, artxnikki does not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders (custom original paintings, customized art prints)
  • Digital Downloads

Custom Order Revisions:
Custom order asks may need to be revised once Nikki has the time to look them over. If an order falls into this bucket, we will keep record of the email threads exchanged between our team and the customer to ensure that we send you a product that aligns with the newly agreed upon asks.

Custom Order Terms:

When talking specifics and details on your custom, if you leave any important information out, I am suggested to use my artistic freedom on what I think looks proportionate and correct. Otherwise, please specify any concerns or exact detail you might want included if you do not want my complete artistic freedom. All orders are final.


Art Prints: 

I do not accept returns or exchanges on art prints. If the print arrives damaged by USPS, please email me including a photo of the damage and I will happily replace the damaged print. 

Art prints do not come framed.

Other Items: 

Any product that is NOT an original piece of artwork, hand-painted, personalized or custom can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item with valid issue/concern (product quality, damaged during shipment). Please email artxnikki@gmail.com to initiate a return request and provide your order number and photo of the damage/concern.


*Please keep in mind that color varies between screens and monitors. 

 

Damaged or Defective Goods:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and email artxnikki@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it and we will determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund or product replacement.
